In January 2009 Alpha-1 Canada launched a new Tele-presence Phone_2.jpgDrop-in Support Group. Any member of our community can call in using a toll free number and be part of the meeting.

One of the callers to the first meeting said, "I thought that it went very well and I appreciate all the hard work that went into it to make it happen. I look forward to the next one."

These drop-in meetings will be one hour long and usually take place on the 4th Thursday of each month. Please note that we’ve tweaked the meeting times a little to accommodate those in different time zones.

5:30 pm Pacific Time 8:30 pm Eastern Time
6:30 pm Mountain Time 9:30 pm Atlantic Time
7:30 pm Central Time 10:00 pm Newfoundland Time

In order to participate all you need is a telephone and the toll-free number to call. The toll-free number changed recently, so if you kept the old one it won't work anymore. Please contact Jim Mundy for the phone number. He can be reached at 1-888-669-4583 or by e-mail at jim.mundy@alpha1canada.ca .

The next meeting is Thursday November 26, 2009 (see below). The schedule for upcoming meetings and links to recordings of past meetings are as follows:
